Me and my partner Mike tried this Hot Chocolate Mushroom drink that I was sent as a sample by Orange County 😋
I’m perimenopausal and I’m sure many other women will understand where I’m coming from when I say that I have been struggling with mental health issues and anxiety related to the menopause. It’s left me with the same insomnia I suffered with as a teenager 🫣 but I found that while I had the sample bag of this blend and used it for a few nights in a row, I found it to be very beneficial 😴 Mike also found his sleep improved 👌 I have also found it has helped with other symptoms of the menopause and I have gone from being stuck not really enjoying the things I used to love 🥹 and not wanting to do anything 😔 to finally start to enjoy doing things again and actually wanting to do things because I’m enjoying it and not just forcing myself and going through the motions 😊 I think lots of other women going through the menopause will understand exactly what I mean, I have also been using other products and on days I don’t have one of the Coffee flavour Mushroom drinks in a morning 😋
instead I have been having some of the Lions Mane tincture in a drink at some point during the day, if I have it early it gives me a boost 🏃♀️➡️ but it also makes it so that when I sit down to either do some work on my phone or laptop or just to sit and scroll through social media, I am instantly relaxed 😌 it usually takes me a long time to settle and relax into a comfortable position in a chair 😣 so they seem to be helping me on many fronts 🤩
My regime has been a Mushroom Coffee in the morning and a Mushroom Hot Chocolate at night, but because I only had a sample of them both, I rationed them out by using the Lions Mane tincture some days instead of the drinks, I don’t think it helped my sleep as much as the Hot Chocolate, but my mood is definitely improving and I’m starting to get things done and I’m enjoying life again 😊 Although I did end up buying a 3200mg tub of the Orange County CBD gummies for me and Mike to sample properly, as much as I trust my friend that buys them all the time, I still don’t feel comfortable selling something I haven’t tested myself 🤓 we shall see how they compare to my own brand! 😊💚
